Read which building permits were approved by the City of Springfield between June 25 and July 8, 2018.

David Ridenour obtained a commercial building permit for work on the shell structure at 703 S. 8th St.  Ridenour is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,000.

Kirk Jefferies obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at Mickey’s Linens at 1800 E. Adams, Suite D.  The project is valued at $1,200.  A commercial remodel permit was also obtained for TNG Prologix in Suite F of the same address.  That project is valued at is valued at $2,100.  A commercial remodel permit was also obtained for work at the Sangamon/Menard Area Regional Transit office in Suite A of the same address.  That project is valued at $2,000.  The owner is the contractor for all of the projects.

ILLirs Co. LLC of Westlake, OH obtained a commercial remodel permit for renovation work on the IRS building at 3101 Constitution Dr.  Legacy Construction Services, LLC is the contractor and the project is valued at $761,346.

US Bank Real Estate Corp. obtained a commercial remodel permit for improvements on the 9th and 10th floors at 205 S. 5th St.  The contractor is Stryker Construction of St. Louis, MO and the project is valued at $1,000,000.

John Kurley obtained a commercial remodel permit for remodeling work on the upper and lower levels at 431 S. Grand Ave. W.  The contractor is Evers Construction of Rochester and the project is valued t $185,000.

Land of Lincoln Goodwill, Inc. obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 2001 W. Wabash Ave.  The owner is the contractor and the project is valued at $20,000.

Horace Mann Insurance Company obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 1 Horace Mann Plaza.  R. D. Lawrence is the contractor and the project is valued at $40,000.

Parkway Pasta, Inc. obtained a commercial roofing permit for work at 2599 W. Wabash Ave.  The contractor is Beggs Construction, Inc. and the project is valued at $45,000.  Parkway Pasta also obtained a commercial remodel permit for exterior work at the same address.  Joe Rupnick is the contractor and that project is valued at $200,000.

Seritage Growth Properties obtained a commercial electric permit for new commercial work at 2580 Wabash Ave.  The contractor is Prairie State Plumbing and Heating, Inc. of Athens and the project is valued at $750,000.

All Mart, Inc. obtained a commercial electric permit for installation work at 1100 S. 11th Street.  The contractor is TS Electrical and the project is valued at $3,800.

Blackstone Group obtained a commercial sign permit for the Army Career Center at 2510 N. Dirksen Pkwy.  The contractor is Ace Sign Company and the project is valued at $6,980.

St. John’s Hospital obtained a commercial demolition permit for an interior non-structural demo at the 1st floor Infusion Center at 301 N. 8th St.  Jones-Blythe Construction Co. is the contractor and the project is valued at $93,000.

St. John’s Hospital obtained a commercial remodel permit for expansion work at 619 E. Mason St.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,800,000.

McDonald’s Corporation obtained a commercial remodel permit for interior renovations at 522 W. Jefferson St.  Icon Identify Solutions of Rolling Meadows is the contractor and the project is valued at $65,000.

Niemann Holdings, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for remodeling work at Save-A-Lot at 2520 E. Clear Lake Ave.  Niemann Foods of Quincy is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,500.  Niemann Holdings also obtained a commercial roofing permit for the same address.  Nations Roof of Illinois, LLC of Villa Park is the contractor and the project is valued at $15,181.

Anchor Boar Club obtained a commercial erosion permit for the pole barn addition at 407 East Lake Shore Dr.  Tim Strutz is the contractor and the project is valued at $80,000.

Illinois Pork Producers Association obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 6411 S. 6th St.  Rettbergs, Inc. of Divernon is the contractor and the project is valued at $11,000.
