The City of Springfield obtained a commercial building permit for a new carport at Firehouse #2 at 2810 Stevenson Dr.  Crews Portable Buildings is the contractor and the project is valued at $4,695.

National Rental Properties obtained a commercial building permit for a flagpole installation at Ganders Outdoors at 2371 Chuckwagon Dr.  The contractor is Symonds Flags and Poles of Fort Worth, Texas and the project is valued at $30,000.

Springfield Art Association obtained a commercial building permit for landscape work at 700 N. 4th St.  Buckley’s Prairie Landscaping is the contractor and the project is valued at $16,336.

Blue Cross Blue Shield obtained a commercial remodel permit for a lobby remodel project at 3405 Liberty Dr.  Evans Construction Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $100,000.   A commercial mechanical remodel permit was also obtained for unit replacements at the same address.  The contractor is Doll Services and Engineering, Inc. of Fenton, Mo. and that project is valued at $100,000.

CFT NV Developments, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for building shell work at 2720 N. Dirksen Pkwy.  The contractor is MCO & Associates General Contractor and the project is valued at $750,000.

Nathan Debacker obtained a commercial roofing permit for work on Casa Real at 3100 w. White Oaks Dr.  Nations Roof of Illinois, LLC of Villa Park is the contractor and the project is valued at $345,040.

Debacker also obtained a commercial roofing permit for work on Best Buy at 3193 S. Veterans Pkwy.   Nations Roof of Illinois, LLC is the contractor and the project is valued at $345,040.

Memorial Medical Center obtained a commercial mechanical remodel for replacing the duct system at 701 N. 1st St.  E. L. Pruitt Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,900,000.

Ben Call obtained a commercial plumbing remodel permit for work at the West Iles Business Center at 3254 Iles Ave.  Allied Plumbing and Heating is the contractor and the project is valued at $100,000.

Near North Crossing, LLC obtained a commercial plumbing remodel permit for work at the Walreens Community Pharmacy at 1150 N. 5th St.  AD Binder Plumbing and Heating, LLC of Decatur is the contractor and the project is valued at $150,000.

Walmart obtained a commercial sign permit for 10 signs at 2760 N. Dirksen Pkwy. Ziglin Signs of Washington, Mo. is the contractor and the project is valued at $9,000.

Papa Murphy’s obtained a commercial sign permit for a new sign at 1712 Sangamon Ave.  I.D. Signs and Service, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $2,000.

Darden Restaurants, Inc. obtained a commercial sign permit for five signs at Olive Garden at 2991 S. Veterans Pkwy.  The contractor is Super Sign Service and the project is valued at $22,000.

RAM Innovations, LLC obtained a commercial sign permit for Lincoln Little Toys at 3450 Liberty Dr., Suite B.  The contractor is I.D. Signs and Service, Inc. and the project is valued at $3,600.00

Mark Kolaz obtained a commercial sign permit for 2126 s. MacArthur Blvd.  I D. Signs and Service, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $7,500.

MBR Management Corp. obtained a commercial sign permit for Spavia Day Spa at 3110 W. Iles.  The contractor is I.D. Signs and Service, Inc. and the project is valued at $2,200.

Joe Herwitz obtained a commercial sign permit for 1736 Wabash Ave.  The contractor is I.D.  Signs and Service, Inc. and the project is valued at $4,000.

Lincoln Center obtained a commercial sign permit for 121 N. Grand Ave. East.  Ace Sign Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $6,700.
