Springfield Clinic obtained a commercial demo permit for non-structural interior work on the 2nd floor at 900 N. 1st St.  O’Shea Builders is the contactor and the project if valued at $22,000.  Springfield Clinic also obtained a commercial demo permit for work in the first floor lobby of 800 N. 1st St.  O’Shea Builders will be the contractor on that project and the project is valued at $15,000.

Town & Country Group obtained a commercial demo permit for an interior demolition at 2581 S. MacArthur Blvd.  The contractor is Paul Layton and the project is valued at $1,000.

American Towers, LLC obtained a commercial building permit to a cell tower modification at 1021 South Grand Ave. East.  The contractor is SAC Wireless of Schaumburg and the project is valued at $15,000.

Seritage Growth Properties obtained a commercial building permit for work at 2580 Wabash Ave.  Englewood Construction of Lemont is the contractor and the project is valued at $750,000.   Seritage also obtained a commercial building permit for remodel work at 2476 Wabash Ave.  Englewood Construction will again be the contractor and that project is valued at $54,000.

Trust 413-015 in care of United Community Bank obtained a commercial building permit for remodel work at 1400 S. 8th St.  Zach and Garrett Pierson are the contractors and the project is valued at $10,000.

Andiamo Development, LLC obtained a commercial parking lot permit for Sangamon Towers at 429 N. 5th St.  Modern Paving is the contractor and the project is valued at $50,000.

Court and Karen Conn obtained a commercial remodel permit to repair damages at 503 S. 7th.  The contractor is Creasy Construction and the work is valued at $18,157.

Ben Call obtained a commercial remodel permit for a build out at 3254 W. Iles.  The contractor is Streb Fire Protection Services, Inc. of Sherman and the project is valued at $100,000.

Simon Property Group obtained a commercial remodel permit for renovation work at the Finish Line store at 2501 Wabash Ave.  F. E. Moran, Inc. of Morton is the contractor and the work is valued at $200,000.

Memorial Medical Center obtained a commercial demo permit for interior work at 701 N. 1st St.  The contractor is O’Shea Builders and the project is valued at $65,000.
