Springfield Clinic also obtained a commercial demo permit for work in the first floor lobby of 800 N. 1st St. O’Shea Builders will be the contractor on that project and the project is valued at $15,000.
Town & Country Group obtained a commercial demo permit for an interior demolition at 2581 S. MacArthur Blvd. The contractor is Paul Layton and the project is valued at $1,000.
American Towers, LLC obtained a commercial building permit to a cell tower modification at 1021 South Grand Ave. East. The contractor is SAC Wireless of Schaumburg and the project is valued at $15,000.
Seritage Growth Properties obtained a commercial building permit for work at 2580 Wabash Ave. Englewood Construction of Lemont is the contractor and the project is valued at $750,000.
