Trust 413-015 in care of United Community Bank TR D obtained a commercial demolition permit for an interior, non-structural demotion at 1400 S. 8th Street. Zach and Garrett Pierson are the contractors and the project is valued at $5,000.

All-C Construction, Inc. obtained a commercial demolition permit for interior, non-structural demolition work at 2415 Denver Dr.  The contractor is Sherman-based Chuck Cline Construction, Inc. and the project is valued at $3,000.

Parkway Pasta obtained a commercial demolition permit for interior, non-structural work at the former Denny’s location at 2599 Wabash Ave.  Ray C. Landers is the contractor and the work is valued at $5,000.

Oak Ridge Cemetery obtained a commercial foundation permit for signage foundation at 101 North Grand Ave. West.  R. D Lawrence is the contractor and the project is valued at $10,000.  The cemetery also obtained a commercial sign permit for an entry sign at the same address.  Ace Sign Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $4,634.

T-Mobile Towers obtained a miscellaneous commercial building permit to replace existing antennas at 1614 S. MacArthur Blvd.  The contractor is Fulton Technologies, Inc. of Roselle, Ill. and the project is valued at $15,000.

Douglas Knight obtained a miscellaneous commercial building permit at 1700 Knights Recreation Dr. for construction of a play structure.  The owner will serve as the contractor and the project is valued at $135,000.

Overland Properties, LLC obtained a new commercial building permit for a 9,225 sq. ft., pre-engineered steel building for a new Dollar General store at 5901 S. 6th Street Rd.  The contractor will be Decatur-based Building Systems of Illinois, Inc. and the project is valued at $600,000.  The company also obtained a commercial sign permit for two signs at the same location.  The contractor is I. D. Signs and Services, Inc. and the project is valued at $11,000.

Curtis Trampe obtained a new commercial building permit for the construction of a mini-storage building at 4815 Rodger.  Morton Buildings, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $239,274.

Lakeside Christian Church obtained a commercial parking lot permit for a concrete overlay of the existing parking lot at 225 Toronto Rd.   Dandenburg Concrete is the contractor and the project is valued at $306,000.

Target Corporation obtained a commercial parking lot permit for paving site repair work at 3445 Freedom Dr.  L. Keeley Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $405,800.

Springfield Clinic obtained a commercial remodeling permit for the 3rd floor at 800 N. 1st St.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $345,000.

RAM Innovations, LLC obtained a commercial remodeling permit for an interior build out at 3450 Liberty Dr., Suite B for Little Lincoln’s Toys.  The contractor is Capitol Builders, Inc. of Riverton and the project is valued at $100,000.

Leo Locricchio obtained a commercial roofing permit for work at a fourplex at 1609 S. 1st Street.  The owner will service at the contractor and the project is valued at $1,700.

John Leskovisek obtained a commercial electric remodeling permit for work at 301 North Grand Ave. West.  The contractor is B & B Electrical, Inc. and the project is valued at $800.

Bill Furling obtained a commercial sign permit for multiple signs at 3424 Freedom Dr.  The contractor is Icon Identity Solutions of Elk Grove Village and the project is valued at $5,400.

Humphrey Properties, LLC obtained a commercial sign permit for a new sign panel at Lincoln’s Doggie Delicatessen at 2028 S. 15th St.  The contractor is Ace Sign Company and the project is valued at $534.

Solon, LLC obtained a commercial sign permit for a 3804 Octavus Via.  The contractor is I.D. Signs and Services, Inc. and the project is valued at $3,000.

Bouthot Properties obtained a commercial sign permit for a banner on the northwest corner of the building at 1604 South Grand Ave. East.  The owner will be the contractor and the project is valued at $100.
