Grace Holdings, LLC obtained a commercial fence permit for 997 Clock Tower Dr. Swaar Bros. of Mason is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,500.

Dan Daugherty obtained a new commercial building permit for a proposed RainStorm Car Wash at 2905 Stevenson Dr.  The contractor is unknown project is valued at $500,000.  Daugherty also obtained a commercial sign permit for the same address.  The owner will be the contractor and that project is valued at $1,000.

The House of Prayer obtained a commercial parking permit for 1120 E. Capitol Ave.  The contractor is Meyers Paving & Concrete, Inc. of Sherman and the project is value at $1,000.

North Star of Springfield, LLC obtained a commercial roofing permit for 723 North Grand Ave. East.  Cleeton Construction, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $8,500.

Cedarhurst of Springfield obtained a commercial electric permit for work at the new care facility located at 3520 Old Jacksonville Rd.  The contractor is Maters Brothers, Inc. of Bloomington and the project is valued at $7,880,063.

McDonalds Corp., in care of Richard McGraw, obtained a commercial electric permit for work at 3208 Clear Lake Ave.  The contractor is Dennis Electric, LLC and the project is valued at $50,000.
