Trust 413-015 in care of United Community Bank TR D obtained a commercial permit to remove hazardous electric, plumbing and other materials at 1400 S. 8th Street. Zach and Garrett Pierson are the contractors and the project is valued at $10,000.

St. John’s Hospital obtained a commercial demo permit for an interior, nonstructural demo at 619 E. Mason St.  The contractor is O’Shea builders and the project is valued at $30,000.

Tye Hale obtained a commercial demo permit for an interior demo at 3001 West White Oaks Dr., Suite C.  Shawn Graves is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,000.

American Towers, LLC obtained a commercial building permit to upgrade wireless telecommunication equipment at 429 N. Klein.  SAC Wireless of Schaumburg is the contractor and the project is valued at $70,000.

Simon Property Group obtained a commercial remodel permit for renovations at Finish Line in White Oaks Mall at 2501 Wabash.  Terry Adams, Inc. of Elizabethtown, KY is the contractor and the project is valued at $200,000.
