Silverleaf Children’s Academy obtained a commercial demo permit for interior non-structural demolition work at 3220 Pleasant Run.  The contractor is Joyner Construction Services are the project is valued at $20,000.

Kirk Jeffers obtained a commercial fence permit for 1800 E. Adams St.  Goodman Fence, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $9,072.

Huntco Farms, Inc. obtained a commercial foundation permit for 310 S. Grand Ave. East.  McMahill & Sons in the contractor and the project is valued at $40,000.

George Embrey obtained a commercial miscellaneous permit for a new beer garden t the Shamrock Tavern at 1703 W. Monroe St.   George Embrey is the contractor and the project is valued at $9,500.

AT&T Mobility obtained a commercial miscellaneous permit for modifications at the telecommunications facility at 2701 Sangamon Ave.  Fulton Technologies is the contractor and the project is valued at $20,000.

TRI Murtigroup, LLC obtained a commercial miscellaneous permit for a temporary tent installation at 1701 J. David Jones Pkwy.  The contractor is Signature Event Rental and the project is valued at $3,697.

Springfield Clinic Ortho 1st Clinic obtained a commercial remodel permit for 800 N. 1st St., lower level.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $25,000.
