Illini Disposal, Inc. obtained a commercial demolition permit for a roof tear-off at 1545 N. 11^th Street.  Tony Rottinghaus is the contractor and the project is valued at $100. Larry Evans obtained a commercial remodel permit for 1545 N. 11^th Street.  Chuck Cline Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,000.

Founders Properties obtained a commercial demolition permit for 3051 Hollis Drive.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $25,000.  It also obtained a commercial remodel permit for building modifications at the same address.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $863,799.

Walmart Stores, Inc. obtained a commercial permit for at garden center at 3401 Freedom Drive.  The contractor is Wal-Mart and the project is valued at $500.
