Hy-Vee, Inc. obtained a commercial building permit for a seasonal garden center at 2115 S. MacArthur.  The contractor is Matt’s Greenhouse and the project is valued at $100.

Enos Park Development, LLC obtained a commercial building permit for remodeling work at 711 E. Enos Ave.  Enos Park Development, LLC is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,000.

Chatham Square Associates obtained a commercial building permit for remodeling work on the Chatham Square Shopping Center at 1774 W. Wabash.  The contractor is Evans Construction Company and the project is valued at $1,195,000.

Depend-A-Bull Motors, Inc. obtained a commercial building permit for interior work at 2929 E. Cook St.  Repair Masters Construction is the contractor and the work is valued at $32,000.  Depend-A-Bull Motors also obtained a commercial permit for rewiring work at the same address.  Watts Electric is the contractor and the project is valued at $32,000.

Larry and Carol Quenette obtained a commercial building permit for work at 201 E. Adams, Suite 1C.  The contractor is Quenette Development, LLC and the project is valued at $80,000.

National Retail properties obtained a commercial building permit for an interior remodel at Gander Outdoors, 2371 Chuckwagon Drive.  DBS Group is the contractor and the project is valued at $450,000.

St. John’s Hospital obtained a commercial building permit for remodeling work at 415 N. 9th Street.  The contractor is O’Shea Builders and the project is valued at $1,938,498.

St. John’s Hospital obtained a new commercial electric permit for work at 400 N. 9th Street.  Anderson Electric, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $17,500,000.  St. John’s also obtained new commercial electric permits for suites A, B and C at 400 N. 9th Street.   Anderson Electric is the contractor for all of the projects and the combined value of the projects is $7,494,000.
