The Grain and Feed Association obtained an interior demo permit for 3521 Hollis Dr.  The contractor is Michael Von Behren Builders and the project is valued at $5,000.

Ryder Truck Rental, Inc. obtained a commercial building permit for the installation of above-ground storage tanks at 3415 Lumber Lane.  R. L. Hoener Co. is the contractor and the project is valued at $32,000.

Rock Island Economic Growth Corp obtained a commercial permit for a building renovation at 501 E. Capitol.  The contractor is O’Shea Builders and the project is valued at $5,800,000.

Salon, LLC obtained a commercial building permit for an interior remodel at 3812 Octavus Via.  Joyner Construction Services is the contractor and the project is valued at $100,000.

Auto Zone Corp obtained a commercial roofing permit for 3000 South Grand Ave. E.  The contractor is Royalty Companies of Indiana, Inc. and the project is valued at $34,870.

Jane Hay obtained a commercial electric remodeling permit for 2943 West White Oaks Dr.  Twin City Electric, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $44,000.

Capital City Music obtained a commercial electric remodel permit for 3700 Wabash Ave.  The contractor is Ryan Electrical, Inc. and the project is valued at $10,000.

Professional Resource Development obtained a new commercial mechanical permit for work at 3820 Wabash Ave.   Allied Plumbing and Heating is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,000,000.

Area Agency on Aging for Lincolnland obtained a new commercial mechanical permit for remodeling work at 3100 Montvale Dr.  The contractor is Henson Robinson Company and the project is valued at $15,000.

St. John’s Hospital obtained commercial plumbing permits for new fixtures at 400 N. 9th Suite B and Suite C.  G. A. Rich and Sons, Inc. is the contractor for both projects.  The project at Suite B is valued at $4,140,000 and the project at Suite C is valued at $1,004,000.
