Read which building permits were approved by the City of Springfield between Feb. 5, 2018, and Feb. 11, 2018.

County Market has obtained a commercial building permit for 1903 W. Monroe St. The permit is for a 20 x 40 tent for the garden center from Mar. 20, 2018, to Jun 25, 2018. The contractor is Springfield-based County Market, and the project is valued at $150.

Illinois Tap has obtained a commercial building permit for 715 N. Grand Ave. E. The permit covers the installation of a metal ceiling, moving the front and back bars and electrical plumbing work. The contractor is unknown, and the project is valued at $7,000.

Capital City Trust has obtained a commercial remodeling permit for 3173 S. Dirksen Parkway. The permit covers four RTU replacements and gasoline replacements at Big Lots. The contractor is St. Louis-based Waldinger Corp, and the project is valued at $3,000.
