The following building and zoning permits were approved by the city of Springfield between Dec. 25, 2017 and Dec. 31, 2017:

William Hammond has obtained a commercial remodeling permit for 1311 S. Sixth St. The permit covers a tenant improvement remodel for AT&T. The contractors are Crestwood-based Healy Construction Services, Inc., and Springfield-based Lindsey Electric, Inc., and the project is valued at $108,500.

Tony Baptist has obtained a commercial roofing permit for 806 S. College St. The contractor is Springfield-based Sunley Roofing, and the project is valued at $10,435.

Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen has obtained a commercial electrical permit for 3730 W. Wabash Ave. The permit is for an interactive photovoltaic system. The contractor is Springfield-based Anderson Electric, Inc., and the project is valued at $40,000.

Ben Call has obtained a commercial electrical permit for 3290 W. Iles. The permit is for a restaurant tenant finish package at Papos Café. The contractor is Springfield-based Tony’s Electric Service, Inc., and the project is valued at $80,000.

WIBC, Inc. has obtained a commercial electrical permit for 3278 W. Iles. The permit covers 200 amp service for Primo Designs. The contractor is Springfield-based Tony’s Electric Service, Inc., and the project is valued at $40,000.

Mike Parr has obtained a commercial remodeling permit for 127 N. Grand Ave. East A. The permit covers a Cricket Wireless tenant remodel. The contractor is Riverton-based Request Electric, and the project is valued at $5,000.

EMC Partners has obtained a commercial mechanical permit for 4241 Yucan Dr. The permit covers the installation of 12 electrical furnaces and AC’s for 12 units at Cobblestone Place. The contractor is Palmyra-based D & L Heating and Cooling, and the project is valued at $600,000.

Aldi Food has obtained a commercial remodeling permit for 3736 Octavius Via. The permit covers electrical remodeling work on seven refrigerator cases. The contractor is Peoria-based Refrigeration Services, Inc., and the project is valued at $600,000.
