Want your business to start off the new year on the right foot? Innovate Springfield is holding a “Deep Dive Strategic Planning” session on Thursday, Jan. 18, from 5:15-6:15 p.m. The session will be led by Nikki Baker, founder of Recycled Cottage.

Aimed at helping you plan for the future and learning to expect the unexpected, you’ll leave this presentation with practical strategies you can implement right now to make a noticeable difference in the performance of your start-up. You will dive into the three pillars of the Rockefeller Habits: priorities, data and rhythm.

Participants will learn basic strategic planning concepts and exercises like mission, vision, SWOT, Power and Interest, Ho-Shin Affinity. The goal is for each person to leave having identified their organization’s strategic direction and with a sample plan.
