The following building and zoning permits were approved by the City of Springfield between Nov. 27, 2017 and Dec. 3, 2017:

St. John’s Hospital has obtained a commercial foundation permit for 500 N. Ninth St. The permit covers the Madison Street parking ramp at St. John’s Hospital. The contractor is Springfield-based O’Shea Builders, and the project is valued at $3,053,784.

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen has obtained a commercial building permit for 3730 W. Wabash Ave. The permit is for a photovoltaic system. The contractor is Springfield-based API Solar, and the project is valued at $40,000.

T Mobile USA Tower has obtained a commercial building permit for 1614 S. MacArthur Blvd. The permit covers the monopole reinforcement project at Family Video Plaza. The contractor is Addison-based Mastec Network Solutions, and the project is valued at $41,850.

Charles Lange has obtained a commercial building permit for 1800 S. Dirksen Pkwy. The permit is for Grub N Out, a mobile food vendor. The contractor is Buffalo-based Michael Whalen, and the project is valued at $100.
