The following building and zoning permits were approved by the city of Springfield between Dec. 11, 2017 and Dec. 17, 2017:

Mill Creek Alzheimer’s Center has obtained a commercial building permit for 3319 Ginger Creek Dr. The permit is for installation of a new storage shed. The contractor is Overland, Missouri-based Tuff Shed, and the project is valued at $3,827.

Enos Park Development LLC has obtained a commercial building permit for 711 E. Enos Ave. The permit covers the renovation of the building’s upper level for commercial use. The contractor is Springfield-based Enos Park Development, LLC, and the project is valued at $3,000.

Aldi Food Market has obtained a commercial remodeling permit for 3736 Octavus Via. The permit is for a remodel that includes electrical and mechanical work. The contractor is Addison-based Mariottini Construction, and the project is valued at $600,000.
