The following building and zoning permits were approved by the City of Springfield between Nov. 20, 2017 and Nov. 26, 2017:

Denise Ferro has obtained a commercial remodeling permit for 414 E. Monroe St. The permit covers the subdividing of the first floor of the building into two tenant spaces. The contractor is unknown, and the project is valued at $12,000.

WIBC, Inc. has obtained a commercial remodeling permit for 3278 W. Iles. The permit covers a retail/office tenant finish for Primo Designs. The contractor is Riverton-based BBC Construction Management, and the project is valued at $40,000.

Duane Brown has obtained a commercial roofing permit for 405 S. MacArthur Blvd. The contractor is Springfield-based Aaron’s Construction of Illinois, and the project is valued at $11,000.
