WIBC, Inc. has obtained a commercial remodeling permit for 3278 W. Iles. The permit covers a retail/office tenant finish for Primo Designs. The contractor is Riverton-based BBC Construction Management, and the project is valued at $40,000.

Duane Brown has obtained a commercial roofing permit for 405 S. MacArthur Blvd. The contractor is Springfield-based Aaron’s Construction of Illinois, and the project is valued at $11,000.

Joyner Real Estate LLC has obtained two commercial remodeling permits for Smallcakes Cupcakery, at 2300 Wabash Ave. The contractors are Buffalo-based Bledsoe Electric, Inc. and Springfield-based Allied Plumbing & Heating, and the projects are valued at $35,000.
