The permit covers the removal of a kiosk ATM building, removal of a concrete island, and lot repair with compacted asphalt. The contractor is Boody-based Daniel Contracting, Inc., and the project is valued at $6,000.

Larson Real Estate LLC has obtained a commercial construction permit to build a deck at Finley’s Tap House, located at 3236 Ginger Creek Dr. The contactor is Chatham-based John Brewer Builders, LLC, and the project is valued at $5,500. Additionally, Larson Real Estate LLC has obtained a commercial sign permit. The contractor is Springfield-based Lawrence Kennedy, and the project is valued at $475.

ARCP MT Springfield IL LLC c/o Ryan Tax Comp SVCS Dept 100 has obtained a commercial permit for parking lot maintenance at 3211 S. Veterans Parkway. The permit covers pavement maintenance and rehabilitation, ADA improvements, a concrete storefront ramp, sidewalk work, and crack sealing. The contractor is Cantrall-based Ron Furman’s Paving Inc., and the project is valued at $406,000.

PNC Bank has obtained a commercial remodeling permit for Springfield’s main PNC branch, located at 1 N. Old State Capitol Plaza. First St. The permit covers a cafeteria center bar renovation. The contractor is Springfield-based O’Shea Builders, and the project is valued at $56,037.

Great Clips for Hair has obtained a commercial remodeling permit for 3419 Freedom Dr. The contractor is Decatur-based HPL Inc., and the project is valued at $60,000. Additionally, Great Clips for Hair has obtained a commercial sign permit for this location. The permit is for illuminated rail-mounted channel letters.
