The following building and zoning permits were approved by the City of Springfield between Sept. 25, 2017 and Oct. 1, 2017:

Honda of Illinois has obtained a permit for an external solar panel array at 2450 Prairie Crossing Dr. The contractor is Springfield-based B & B Electrical, Inc., and the project is valued at $49,256.

Mike Ryan has obtained a permit for an interior build-out for JoJo’s Street Quisine, 3153 Hedley Road. The contractor is Springfield-based Ryan Homes & Development, and the project is valued at $190,000.

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage has obtained a permit to remodel three existing stories at the Wells Fargo Mortgage Center, located at 4800 Wabash Ave., in Springfield. The contractor is Peoria-based Allied Construction Services, Inc., and the project is valued at $500,000.

Alzina Building LLC has obtained a permit to tear out and replace the loading dock and snow melt system for the Alzina Building located at 100 N. First St. The contractor is Springfield-based Sangamo Construction, and the project is valued at $175,000.

K-Mart Corporation has obtained a permit for partial demolition, addition and façade work for three future tenant spaces in the west building at Sherwood Plaza, 2500 W. Wabash Ave. The contractor is Springfield-based Mansfield Electric Co., and the project is valued at $2,723,000.

Jacqueline Cuffle has obtained a permit for a tenant finish remodel at Meraki Salon and Spa, 2815 W. White Oaks Dr. The contractor is Athens-based Dixon’s Heating & A.C., Inc., and the project is valued at $25,000. Additionally, Jacqueline Cuffle has obtained a permit for non-illuminated interior and exterior signage at Meraki Salon and Spa. The contractor is Springfield-based I.D. Signs and Service, Inc., and the project is valued at $1,400.

The State-Journal Register has obtained a permit to replace an air cooler chiller for the facility located at 1 Copley Plaza. The contractor is Springfield-based Henson Robinson Company, and the project is valued at $50.
