Longtime Edward Jones employee Brent R. Davis was recently promoted to the position of regional leader for the Central Illinois region. Davis has been employed by the financial services firm for 21 years.

Davis’ responsibilities as regional leader will include overseeing the firms’ regional branch offices, serving as a role model for the firms’ investment advisers with sales leader duties such as assisting new financial advisers and periodic visits to branch offices.

The position of regional sales leader is intrinsic to the firm’s management and success. According to Jim Weddle, managing partner of Edward Jones, “We recognize the success of our financial advisers is dependent upon us providing them with the necessary support to serve their clients well.
