Customer service and leadership seminar Oct. 3

Business leaders, marketing professionals, customer service representatives and front-line managers are invited to attend a customer service and leadership seminar and breakfast on Tuesday, Oct. 3, held from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., at the Dove Conference Center at Prairie Heart Institute.

The seminar, titled “Vertical Lessons,” is part of an educational series hosted by the Central Illinois Chapter of the National Customer Service Association, and will feature keynote speaker Manley Feinberg, an award-winning speaker, business leader and author. Feinberg will share practices on how to foster excellent customer service and leadership within organizations, providing attendees with tools and insight that they can translate into immediate results.

Preregistration by Tuesday, Sept. 26 is required for the seminar, which is free to NCSA chapter members and $59 for non-members. To reserve your spot, email CIL_NCSA@mail.com
