The firm announced on July 19 that Joe Kulek has been named partner-in-charge of agribusiness services, which offers services like audits, accounting and investments to businesses in the agriculture industry.

“At a time when the entire agriculture supply chain faces pressure from low commodity prices, our firm is uniquely positioned to help agribusiness organizations address their challenges,” Kulek said. “I look forward to helping our experienced team showcase the firm’s wide breadth of services to the industry and expand our footprint.”

Kulek, who works in Sikich's Springfield office, has been with Sikich since 2004 and earned his Master's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois Springfield.

“Joe has a track record of success in the agribusiness industry,” said Sikich CEO Chris Geier. “Supported by our skilled team, I’m confident he will lead the practice to sustained growth.”

In June, Sikich named Richard Lynch partner-in-charge of its not-for-profit and higher education practices.

I look forward to maintaining our commitment to exceptional client service while continuing to expand the reach of our practices.”

Lynch works in the Springfield office of Sikich and has been with the company since 2011.

“Richard is a proven expert in the not-for-profit and higher education industries,” Geier said. “In his new role, I am confident he will drive growth in the practice while continuing to help clients address their most pressing business challenges.”
